All services are subject to availability, assessment, and written confirmation before any work begins.

Quotes and estimates
All quotes, estimates, or proposals are non-binding until confirmed in writing by Ace Roofing. Pricing is based on the information provided by you and may change if site conditions or scope of work differ upon assessment. Any pricing changes will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate property and site information.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at scheduled times.
- Secure or remove personal items, valuables, and obstructions before work begins.
Scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling
Service dates and times are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions. Clients should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Payments
Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payment is due as agreed. Outstanding balances may be subject to additional charges.
Warranty & workmanship
Ace Roofing stands behind its workmanship and may offer warranties on materials and labour as specified in your written service agreement. See our Warranty page for details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Roofing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
